RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return an item purchased online from Limestone Surf we will be happy to issue a refund, provided it is in a re-saleable condition. 

 

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

 

• The item must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

 

• The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour- please take due care when trying on your order.

 

• Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Limestone Surf staff will reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition.

 

Please note: Full priced items are eligible for full refund or exchange for a store credit while sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note to be used online or in-store. For hygienic reasons swimwear cannot be returned.

For a speedy full-price exchange we recommend purchasing the alternate size or garment in a new order to secure it knowing you we receive a full refund once we receive the returned item/s.
